About Guardienne Health
Guardienne Health is building a more personalized support system for caregivers. We begin with a brief caregiver check-in to better understand stress, support needs, and day-to-day burden. From there, we aim to guide caregivers toward the right level of support, including education, care coordination, and clinical services when appropriate.
Caregivers are often expected to manage emotional strain, health challenges, and complex responsibilities without enough support of their own. Guardienne was created to help caregivers better understand what they need and make it easier to take the next step toward support.
Guardienne is designed for family caregivers, professional caregivers, and parent caregivers. Each group faces different pressures, and our goal is to create a support experience that feels more relevant, more practical, and more personalized.
Caring for a loved one while balancing work, health, and daily life.
Supporting others in formal care roles while managing workload, stress, and emotional fatigue.
Caring for children with ongoing medical, developmental, or behavioral needs.
Our approach starts with a short caregiver check-in. Based on those responses, we generate more personalized support and guidance. Over time, this model is intended to help caregivers access a broader digital clinic experience, including support from professionals such as nurse educators, social workers, and other care team members.
We believe caregiver health is deeply connected to patient outcomes, family stability, and healthcare costs. Guardienne is being built to close that gap by creating a caregiver-centered pathway from insight to support.
Guardienne is grounded in clinical experience, caregiver health research, and a practical understanding of how difficult it can be to find meaningful support in the real world.
